We don’t take adult sessions and adapt them for children - we custom build all of our sessions from the ground up, specifically for kids. Therefore we are confident that we deliver the most fun, engaging and productive children’s sport psychology sessions on the market.

A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCES
It’s not just about psychology at Peak. Our backgrounds in performance psychology, but also sports science and elite individual and team sport have been combined to inform our unique approach to sport psychology support.

PSYCHOLOGY ROOTED IN SCIENCE
Our team is made up of Chartered Sport & Exercise Psychologists and those completing ‘Stage 2’. All of our psychology team also have a BSc AND Masters in a sport psychology related degree (e.g. Sport & Exercise Psychology MSc). This gives us great skill and knowledge base to consistently apply the latest in psychological techniques and data science to make your time with us as effective as possible.

After leaving my home in Spain to pursue a golf career, it really isn’t an overstatement to say that working with Jordan has been life changing. He has helped me so much in the past year with the mental side of sport, reducing my anger and frustration on the course and channelling it into enjoyment and results. The practical sessions out on the course have been the real game changer - Jordan has helped me work through routines and techniques in real time that have significantly increased my level of performance. Whilst his ability to create real pressure scenarios in training has meant I’ve never felt more ready when stepping into match situations such as the Junior European Open recently. Peak’s home based support has also been incredibly beneficial to my mental health outside of sport.
