PEAK Psychologist Progression Pathway

A message from Matt I’d highly recommend taking 45 seconds to read: In short-ish, providing we have the client flow to sustain it, the people who do a great job and are invested in the future at PEAK will be rewarded.
We’re not the public sector, I don’t care about how long you’ve been here, how long you’ve been doing psychology, or what your qualifications are. At PEAK, the best will always make the most money, for the least hours.
If you’re prepared to buy into PEAK over the next few years, I will work 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, with no days off, as I have done for the last 3 years, until you have the best paid psychology roles on the market - with the most opportunities to work with the best talent in sport. When we have the scope to increase the rates/wages noted above, I will.
So if you want an above average income, whilst working with top level athletes, whether that’s on the PGA Tour or at the Olympics, bet on PEAK, and I’ll not stop working until that trust is rewarded.

I will do everything to make this as easy and fun for you as possible. But I can’t promise that it will always be easy. In some cases be prepared for it to be hard, with crap hours on fairly crap pay. But what I can promise you is that buying into PEAK will bring more opportunity and income than those going it alone who apply for 20 jobs a day and who’s private practice constitutes an Instagram account.

If you’re in, email me, tell me what your goal is and we’ll make it happen. Matt x

Send a variation of this as an email to all people we want to offer a role - if you’re in, welcome to PEAK, email me your goal and we’ll get to work.
If you’re not (there’s no pressure at all), let me know and I wish you all the best.

What’s the purpose of this pathway?

I want you to achieve your goals - I know for most of you that’s working in elite sport. I genuinely believe that the fastest way for you to achieve that goal is through PEAK.

When you look at the psych’s who work at the top, aside from a few anomalies, there are 2 ways that they got there.
1) They applied for thousands of jobs over 20+ years and scrapped their way to the top going above and beyond to stand out at every level.
2) They have 1 or 2 superstar clients who they’ve worked with since they were 10 years old.
