Terms & Conditions

We’ve kept them as short, simple and easy to understand as possible.

  • Session payments are taken on Monday’s between 11am and midday GMT.
    - Every week for those who have weekly sessions.
    - Alternate Monday’s for those who have sessions every 2 weeks, and so on.

    • Session payments are billed automatically on Monday mornings between 11am and midday GMT on weeks when you have a session booked in. We’ll help you set this up.

    • When setting up your payments, please choose a card that will have funds in on Monday mornings between 11am and midday GMT.

    • Payment failure process;
      1st failure: We’ll try again in 1 hour.
      2nd failure: We’ll email you with a reminder and try again tomorrow between 11am and midday GMT.
      3rd failure: We’ll pause your sessions and charge a £5 admin fee to restart your sessions.

  • Before sessions we’ll send you reminders via text and email.

    Formats can vary by region, but most will have the following schedule and format;

    3 Day Reminder (email)
    24hr Reminder (email)
    Day of session Reminder (4hrs before) (text)

    Please don’t reply to these reminders. We highly recommend setting up your own phone reminder in addition to our reminders.

    We often plan sessions days in advance, so if you can’t make a session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session to a time that works for you. We want you to get the most out of your PEAK sessions!

    (See ‘Session Cancellations and Rescheduling’ for more information’).

  • We would love for you to keep the same session time and day for all of your sessions. Doing this puts you in the best position possible to make amazing progress (it also saves us a tonne of stress and admin).

    But if you do need to adjust a session, please let us know at least 48 hours before the session is due to begin or you may still be charged.

    If you provide more than 48 hours of notice and you have already been charged, we will carry this fee over to your next session.

    Thank you so much!

  • Sessions are priced between £60 and £80.

  • We are consistently fully booked and often run a waiting list.
    Because of this, if you would like to 'skip’ a session, we can organise this but you may lose your regular session time to someone on our waiting list.
    To make progress and see the impact you are looking for consistency is super important so when you first start with PEAK, try to choose a time/day that won’t clash with other activities.
