Getting Started with PEAK
2 SUPER SIMPLE STEPS TO GET STARTED
Step 1
Book a 20-30 minute online parent chat
(we use Zoom).
You’ll learn exactly how we can help.
You’ll understand why PEAK sessions are so beneficial to improving the quality of your child’s sport and life.
We’ll book you in for a 1 hour session with your son/daughter so that they can try PEAK out!
You only regret the opportunities you don’t take
Step 2
So you had your parent chat and your child loved their first session!
Now it’s time to choose how often you would like to have sessions.
We aim to pick one time/day to do regular sessions with you.
Pick a time/day where you’re not likely to be too busy. Consistency = Results.

PEAK WEEKLY PLAN

Every session is custom curated and age specific to be super fun, engaging and productive.
(Session are 1 hour via Zoom) -

You’ll be able to attend 1 parent group session every month (via Zoom).
Don’t stress, you can just watch and learn with your camera off, or get involved, whatever you’re more comfortable with. -
Something has happened and you need us, but your next session isn’t for a while? Don’t worry, we’re always here to help and support.

All plan payments are taken on Monday at 11am GMT
(You won’t be charged during setup)

YOUR PEAK SUBSCRIPTION COVERS THE COST OF ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEATURES, NOT JUST SESSIONS.

Session subscription payments are taken on Monday’s at 11am GMT.
- Every week for those with a weekly subscription.
- Alternate Monday’s for those with an ‘every 2 weeks’ subscription) and so on. -
All subscription payments are billed as recurring payments. We’ll help you set this up after your first session.
When setting up your payments, please choose a card that will have funds on Monday mornings at 11am GMT.
Payment failure process;
1st failure: We’ll try again in 1 hour.
2nd failure: We’ll email you with a reminder and try again tomorrow.
3rd failure: We’ll pause your subscription and charge a £5 admin fee to restart your subscription.

We often plan sessions days in advance, so if you can’t make a session, please let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your session to a time that works for you. We want you to get the most out of your subscription! -
Payment restart fee: charged after 3x failed payments.
£5.00We really don’t like enforcing these fees and we only have them to try and prevent those who consistently miss payments. Please talk to us and we’ll make sure you’re not charged. We love to help!
