We take the latest scientific research and use it to deliver custom curated, age specific, online psychology sessions, with a focus on children from 7 years old to young adults. We work within this age group as it is often overlooked and yet we believe this is the age when the biggest impact can be had and the best long term outcomes achieved. We support everyone from 7 year old junior golfers to senior professional footballers.

Not at PEAK! We make sessions age specific and super fun! If we didn’t, children wouldn’t want regular sessions with us, but they do, because it really is! We ALWAYS make sure kids are as excited about their PEAK sessions as they are about playing their sports!

In the first 5 minutes, we’ll have a quick chat and make sure your son/daughter is happy and settled.

Aim to join the session a couple of minutes before the session start time by clicking your Zoom link.
(We emailed this to you when you booked - if you can’t find it, don’t worry, first check your spam, then let us know and we can help).

The bigger the screen the better, so a laptop is ideal, but an iPad should be fine too! But please avoid phones as we’ll be sharing our screen and we want you to be able to see everything clearly.

We keep things super simple to start - we’ll begin by building a fact file about your son/daughter with them, to get to know them. Then we’ll discuss their strengths and weaknesses followed by a sport specific psychology profile (a super simple tool, that’s tricky to explain briefly here).

Following this, we’ll do an exercise to do with things they can and can’t control, and finish with things they can do to improve based on what has been learned in the session.

It’s all tailored to be super fun, engaging & useful for kids!

We’ll recap the session with you and your son/daughter to make sure they take away something really useful that they can use going forward.

We’ll also get you booked in for a parent follow up chat in a few days time - during this chat we’ll do a parent exercise which will help you help your son/daughter.
