Cancellation Policy: We prepare sessions 48 hours before they begin. Each one is curated specifically to your needs and built from the ground up. This is a process can take several hours. Therefore we would hugely appreciate if you could let us know if you can’t make a session, or would like to reschedule, at least 48 hours in advance. We will have to charge you if you cancel/reschedule within this window, which we really hate doing.
